Spring is here (hopefully to stay)!

We've had a busy March already! I'm 36 weeks (tomorrow). Our baby boy's room is almost finished. He has a crib, changing table, and rocker and just needs some art to go on the walls etc.
On another nesting front: I sold my Bugaboo on craigslist so we could purchase a red City Select double stroller. It came in yesterday and we put it together last night. We got a deal on the 2010 model because the 2011 just came out. I really love it and am excited to have both my boys in a stroller.
This weekend was fun! We spent Friday with my cousins, Matt and Sara. Thompson had a blast playing with them. Today, we went to the Little Gym for Eva’s 2nd Birthday.

Sprinkle Shower

Last Sunday some of my friends gave me a Sprinkle Shower. It is a really cute idea for your 2nd baby. You or the baby or both are sprinkled with gifts. It was a lot of fun and wonderful food. A huge thank you to: Gigi Hammond, Julia Jones, Beth Anne Cudnik, Mecall Pearson, Becca Dearolph, Ellen Hellier & Lesley Heath. The wonderful hostess gave me a massage that I can't wait to use (after our boy gets here). Our son is already feeling the love! Thank you also to everyone who attended; I felt very special.
My mom (AKA T-Lo) and me
My incredible aunts (minus Steph who was out of town)
Some of my fantastic friends/hostesses (A few couldn't make it)
William was out of town last week and this weekend was Navy Duty. So, he has been trying to squeeze in time with us when he can. We took Thompson to Kangazoom and to the park! Thank you for working incredibly hard, Daddy! We love you.
This picture is blurry but I love it:

Charleston

Thompson and I drove to Charleston while William was on his 1st of 2 weeklong business trip. I got to meet Henry Alexander. He is the son of one of my oldest friends from Charlotte. He is just precious and Hannah is a terrific Mom.

The Mosteller's were so generous and let us stay with them for the week. Thompson loves Grayson he would just ball when she left for school or even to go get homework done. Unfortunately I didn't get a good group picture this trip. I had dinner with Jenn who just got married in December! We ate at The Fat Hen  and if you are visit Charleston it is a must!

We visited McCord’s office on Daniel Island and Thompson threw a major crying fit. Thankfully, McCord still has his job. Thompson did think McCord’s office was awesome because it had a fountain! T-lo took us all to lunch and we had a good time.
Thank you T-Lo for staying the week with us and keeping Thompson while I visited friends! Thompson had a blast reading, playing and RUNNING with you!

Snow & A Buck

Atlanta got hit with 4inches of snow and when Thompson saw it he said, "WOW."  We had a great day!

Saturday, William enjoyed a hunting trip with his friend, Steve. William was in the stand for 30 minutes when he shot a 8pt buck. Thompson thought it was a Reindeer and kept saying "Reindeer Stuck."  There will be a lot of venison stew in our future!

Christmas 2010

Our Christmas holiday flew by! Thank you to our families for all the love, food, gifts, memories and fun!
The week before Christmas we met my cousins at Stone Mountain Park and played in the snow:
Then, we went to Rome and celebrated Christmas a little early. We had fun and Thompson loves his Mater truck from Auntie and bulldozer from Granmom and Granddad.
On Christmas my family came to us and we celebrated with a big lunch of 21 people at Lacey's house. It was lots of fun!

Thompson loves the Train Table from T-lo and Pop & the BBALL goal from his uncles:

December Fun

December is my favorite month for many reasons: Jesus's Birthday, family-time, Christmas parties and my birthday. I turned  27 and recieved a Kindle. I love it and already read  Decision Points by George W. Bush. For my birthday dinner, William took me to JCT Kitchen and the southern food was wonderful.
This December was special because my greystone friend, Gigi, got married in Roswell.  I was honored to be a bridesmaid and it was a fantastic celebration of Gigi and Howell's love. She is an incredible woman and a stunning bride!
