Baskin/Waldron Wedding

We spent Memorial Day Weekend in Charleston for my College friend, Danielle’s wedding. Thompson was one of 6 ring bearers. I was one of 14 bridesmaids. It was a great time.

Thompson ran down the aisle which wasn't surprising to us since he runs pretty much everywhere he goes. Danielle was a stunning bride and it was a wonderful ceremony. We had amazing food and fun breaking it down on the dance floor!
They had the best wedding planner, Hannah Alexander, one of my dearest friends. It was so fun to see her in "her element." Hannah is such a calming influence that it made those around her peaceful and so organized and talented!
The entire wedding weekend was jam packed with great Charleston events!

Thursday Night out in Charleston:

Ladies Weekend with Family!

The Fox Theater was showing Mary Poppins and my mom, my aunts, Cousin Sara and I went to see it. The show was fantastic if it comes to your city go see it!  We all stayed downtown at the Georgian Terrace in their 3 bedroom suite and enjoyed dinner at Dogwood. Family is the best! Thanks to Lacey for planning it!

McCord's Graduation

On May 7th McCord graduated from The College of Charleston (the best college in the world... ;)). He was Sr. Class president and gave a terrific speech.
You can view it here 58 minutes in the Am and 68 minutes in the afternoon:  McCords Speech
My brothers came into town and the Cascio's! My parents rented a great 5 bed condo on the beach. Thompson loved the ocean and the pool. He also enjoyed all the "love" he got from family and friends. We miss them already. Congrats, McCord!

Mimi "T"

Wade and Gayle took William out for his 30th Birthday to Ray’s. The food was wonderful and so was our time. William is wearing the polo shirt his parents gave him for his birthday:

Yesterday, I took Thompson to meet my Mimi “T” or Mimi Thompson. The meeting was both a sweet and sad time. In my memory, she is this petite, pretty, and very together southern lady. However, she now suffers from dementia. We love her and “miss” her:
